PINTA Dymy Marcowe 13,1° - dark and aromatic Rauchmärzen beer. Unique aroma of malt smoked with beechwood smoke, full-bodied character of caramel malt, well selected hops - this is our Rauchmärzen. Originally brewed in Bamberg (Upper Franconia, Germany).
Ingredients: water, Weyermann® barley malts: smoked barley, Munich II, Caramunich® (III), Carafa® Special III; hops: Tradition (DE); yeast: Saflager™ W 34/70.

Draft sample @ Chmielarnia, Warsaw. Cuivrée sur un léger trouble, col épais et crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme au bouquet fumé modéré, pointe de fruité houblonné noble allemand. Palais garde ce côté malt fumé sans être surfait. Weyermann, modéré rappelant le Schlenkerla avec une petite note de cara pâle/pils. Fruité noir perce ne fin de bouche.

zapach dość słaby, lekko dymny, do tego karmel. kolor czarny, klarowny. piany brak. w smaku dość słodkie, lekko wędzone, torfowe, czuć lekkie mydło.

Ladna ciemno bursztynowa, wisniowa barwa ale z krotka piana. Z butelki przyjemny wedzony aromat, ktory praktycznie znika w szkle i aromat robi sie nijaki z czyms dodatkowym nieprzyjemnym w tle ale nie wiem co to. W smaku duzo lepiej, piwo jest srednio tresciwe, dobrze pijalne, lekko wytrawne z wyczuwalna wedzonoscia i slodowoscia, gdzies w tle minimalna goryczka. Przyjemne w posmaku.

[ As Pinta Dymy Marcowe ].Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, meat, smoke. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, smoked, meat, malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140522]

Draft @ Ølfestival 2014. Pours a clear amber orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty smoky aroma. Fruity malty smoky hoppy flavor with hints of caramel. Had a fruity malty smoky hoppy finish.
