12oz can from my wife's trip up east. Clear, pale, bubbly, generic gold. Zero smell. Too cold? Nothing. Tart, clean, sour plum, snappy, very slight honey, bitter finish. Well carbed, very acidic, watery, very light booziness. Easy, but boring.

Pours clear celadon into a shaker. No head. Sweet honey and apple aromas. Crisp and sweet with apple and honey front to back. Dry apple skin finish.

Bottle sample at Champlain Orchards, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium crisp apples and a touch of honey. Flavour is much more expressive on the honey, with medium sweetness and a moderate apple crispness. Not bad.

Paid $6.99 for a 22 oz bottle at Smily’s in Dover, NH. Sparkling clear gold without head. Aroma is Apple juice and MacIntosh variety apple.
The flavor is very refreshing and clean. Kind of tart and juicy. ManIntosh meets Granny Smith. Real nice cider.

A pale blonde cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet apple juice, light and refreshing. In mouth, a sweet smooth apple juice with light acidity, very nice. On tap at Skinny Pancake BTV.
