Enjoyed at the Sand Creek Brewpub in Cedarburg, WI while hanging out with my father in law on a nice cool summer day. This was OK, pretty standard, average weiss beer. Appearance is cloudy gold with a thin white head. Aroma of very light clove and banana notes. Taste was a bit syrupy I’d say, but consistent with the style. Decent beer.

Bottled@Monks Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is wheat, toffee, some herbs as well as mild spices. Flavour is fruits, wood, some mild spices as well as some mild creamy notes as well. Very strongly carbonated.

12oz bottle. Murky orange-tan color. MIld clove-banana aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth, quite fresh and drinkable. The yeast is present, but isn’t overwhelming either. Pretty much right on for the style, very mellow balance. Excellent.

This beer came in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very cloudy dark yellow color with a large yellow white head. The aroma was fairly full of citrus and clove with a touch of banana, wheat and a lightly musty undertone. The flavor was tart, malty and had notes of lemon, clove, mango and banana. The finish was medium length tart citrus. The body was fairly full. Good.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is very nice with lots of banana and cloves. Flavor is much of the same lots of banana and clove with some spice in there. Very tasty for a American hefe.

Bottled. Pours a fizzy, short-lived wheat head. Smell didn't hit my nose right, I got an antihistamine spray impression. Color is dark for a wheat, and cloudiness is minimal (but there's quite a bit of sediment in the bottle, odd considering I bought it four months ago). Odd fruity taste, more bubble gum than banana, a touch of clove, some lemon, and maybe pear. Banana aspect does come up toward the end I may not have a handle on the style, but this seems a bit odd to me.

The cloudiest wheat I have ever seen. Thick and heavy. Very prominent banana aroma. Easy to drink. refreshing.
