Spoons Fest.Clear amber beer. Pretty well balanced in it’s dullness. Dry malt, hops more bitter than fruit. Typical English bitter. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Hard to be offended but just dull.

Cask at the Hay Inn, Shirland, Derbyshire. An appealling deep cherry red colour with a cream head; little aroma; but a fruity taste with cherries too; a clean light dry finish with a touch of biscuit.
