Bottled. Pale golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet malts, some honey, hay and mild diacetylic elements. Flavour is honey, sweet malts, some herbal, mild earthy and some mild diacetyl tones.

A hazy golden lager with a thick white head. In aroma, a stricking maple water aroma, woody, a bit of corn. In mouth, a crisp malt with sweet light vanilla, a bit cloying, with definite cardboard notes, signs of oxidation. Tasted Jan. 2007.

500 ml bottle, bought in Riga. ABV is 4.6%. Is this beer possibly named after the notorious liar Baron von Münchausen? Pale golden colour, large and lasting head. Fairly malty sweetish aroma with notes of butterscotch and honey. The flavour is also quite sweet - too sweet for a pale lager, but reasonably malty with slightly metallic hops in the finish. Drinkable, but to call it a GREAT beer would be a lie, worthy of Baron von Münchausen!

Golden color, good white head. Sweet malty and bready nose. Medium-bodied, malty with hints of diacetyl. Malty-bready aftertaste. Typical East European lager.

Light gold colour with a lively sparkle and rich head. Rich hoppy aroma (fruity, earthy) with scattered yeast notes. Sweet, very clean pale malt notes intermingle with fruity, earthy hop. Great idea, but the flavour is too light! Needs about 10-15 IBUs more to be relevant.

Golden coloured with rich head. Grassy aroma. Light bodied, rather sweet, somewhat fruity.
