An opaque brown beer with a beutiful brown head. The aroma is sweet malty and roasted, but also with notes of chocolate. The flavor is sweet malty and roasty, combined with slight citrus notes from the hops, and with a dry roasted end.

a nice white creamy head and hints of dark fruit and chocolate with a somewhat bitter finish. Gee I found this to be their lamest beer, I am totally going against the flow on this brewpub

Dark black ale with some bitter choclate and faint vanilla in the nose. this is surprisingly hoppy for a stout, with some of the chocolate comking nicely. However , the body is thin for a beer which announced great things.

Black coloured. Dry, roasty and mealy. Awesome, drinkable stout, althouh a bit raw mouthfeel. Montreal is perhaps stout city #1!

This cask stout took over ten minutes to pour. When I got it, it was worth it - extraordinarily creamy and malty (yes, you can do that without nitrogen), with a good dose of juicy hoppiness and a hint of acidity.
