Slightly hazy golden colour with a very thick white head comprised of large bubbles. Smells sweet with a bit of a belgian white aroma. Medium-bodied; Strong maple flavour with a tiny bit of malt and almost no hops. Overall, not great-not balanced at all, but some odd characteristics. I sampled this beer at Joey_Capps' on 13-September-2003 in Hamilton, Ontario.

Re-rate: Whatever Radek and dabosk say about this, they're on crack. I had the same bottle for this tasting...I'm right, they're wrong, end of story. Hazy golden. Aroma of celery, pepper, yeast, pear, apple. Light maple flavour. Faint yeastiness, light cumin, slight salt.
Pale gold; aroma: malty and very mapley; Sweet, but simple flavour, good development of maple. 2.9 points.
