An old favourite back on the bar after an absence of several years, brewed again using the original reciepe, a golden ale with a clean fresh palate, lightly hopped giving you and excellent beer o start the summer with. June special.

Cask @ Stick Or Twist, Leeds. Golden with a thin head. Has a light mildly dry hopped character, with some berry-sweetness in its nose. Pale malts are just evident.

Cask gravity at Ealing BF 2008. Gold, thin white head. Floral hop aroma, pretty standard golden beer, bit lacking on malts. Not enough hops. It’s alright, no real interest.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 18/7/07. Pale gold with a slight white head. Aroma was of biscuity malt and hay. Slightly sweet in the mouth with a dry, slightly acidic finish. A change from the norm.

Sampled cask conditioned at Akkurat, Stockholm.
Clear golden. Lightly flowery and butterscotchy. Sweet and fruity with grassy bitter finish.
