A classical pils/lager, on the Swiss style, not the best, if you compare the German pils but it is always refreshing for the season, 31.08.19, on the boat to Brienz with my Peruvian family.

(Bottle) Pours clear golden with good white head. Aroma of malt, dough, with citrus hints. Medium body with plentiful nice soft carbonation. Slightly tart start with subtle bready malt and some nice grassy hoppy bitterness. Reasonable beer.

33cl bottle at Piz Gloria at the top of the Schilthorn. Pale straw with a tight white head; araoma of leafy Germanic hops; medium bidy with a grainy flavour; and a crisp clean lightly bitter finish. Rather good, but that may have just been down to drinking it at an altitude of 3000 meters.

Bottle at a tasting. Thanks zvikar. Clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma is hoppy and grassy with some malt, a bit of graininess and hay notes. Flavor starts with sweetish malt and graininess, and later turns into moderate bitterness. Light-bodied.
