Bottle 33 cl. Pours a pretty, pale red - kinda rhubarb color - with a pinkish head. Subtle berry aroma, I cannot really tell raspberry. Light body, tart and refreshing if a little indistinct in it's fruitiness. Simple and easygoing and pretty to look at. 110917

Keg at BE. It pours hazy pink / blush with a medium pink - white head. The aroma is rich, soft, sweet, sour, bright raspberry, salty and sour candy. The taste is crisp, clean, sour, tart raspberry, sherbet, pink lemonade, sour candy, bright acidity, minerals and pithy oink grapefruit with a dry finish. Light+body and fine, prickly carbonation. Incredibly flavoursome for the ABC. Well rounded and quaffable.

[ As Brekeriet Picnic Sunrise ].Unclear light to medium red - pink colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, funky, tart, dough, sweet raspberry, tart raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, dough, tart raspberry, sweet raspberry, funky, light yeasty, thin. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle from Gulating Brenn�sen. Hazy orange pink body with a moderate sized pink head. Aroma is acidic raspberries, yogurt and pale malt. Flavor is light and refreshing with acidic berries, raspberries, lemon and light pale malt. Balanced, light body and fine, refreshing aftertaste. Nice and refreshing with a balanced berries taste.

(330ml bottle from Hemköp Ryd, Linköping) Pours a hazy pale reddish colour with a small pale pink head. Aroma of fresh raspberries, raspberry seeds, rhubarb, pink grapefruit, yoghurt. Flavour is quite light overall, expected for ABV. Fruity, mineral, light tart - notes of raspberry, grapefruit, lemon, grains, hint metallic. Quite dry in the finish. A little like a tart carbonated saft, light body and moderate carbonation. Very solid for the ABV, it’s not going to match even a 4% Berliner, but you can replace a soda with it.

Thank you! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ Gollem: Omnipollo Craft Beer Madness. Low red fruit, blueberry pink, little head. Nose is heavy on raspberry pits, easy yoghurt sour, low acidic. Touch empty, basic low vinegar, big raspberry pits, sour, acidic, blueberry,... Yoghurt sour, acidic, vinegar,... Raspberry pits are big but overall bit empty but still very nice, hugely refreshing beer & massively good for the ABV.

Pours unclear reddish. Small white head. Smell is dry, vegetal raspverry ( alnost rhubarb) taste is mild sour really dry, herbal raspberry. Not bad.

Bottle. An unclear reddish colored beer with a small, dense pinkish white head. Rhubarb, raspberry, red currant and a light milky malty touch in the aroma. It’s medium bodied, smoothly carbonated and quite dry on the palate, almost tart. Lasting fruity dry finish. 170707
