Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2017. Dunkel orange braune Farbe, geringe beige Schaumkrone. Geruch ist leicht süß malzig, Karamell. Geschmack ist süß malzig, Schokolade, rote Früchte, naja.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 2, split with 77ships. Sold as Belgian Quad. Brune foncée, col beige. Arôme au bouquet de suite versant sur le liquoreux, note de réglisse, fruité confit/sec avec effet de cassis e pruneaux. Palais au profil levure belge, réglisse avec effet de cassis le tout est assez sirupeux sur la fin, épais avec fini de fruits noirs. Amertume houblonné sur la fin restant plus sur le noble. La bière est bien réalisée sans trop avoir le côté aigrelet que l’on peut trouver sur les cassis.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Black, little tanned head. Nose is very heavy on licorice, dark fruit, black berries are vauge, largely licorice. Taste is massive black sweet licorice, dark berries, low grape, more black licorice. Thick black licorice body. Too heavy on the licorice for its own good but okay.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours brown with a frothy, tan head. The aroma has notes of licorice, dried berries, burnt toffee and butterscotch. Huge sweet flavour, some further licorice, dried berries, lots of straight sugar, toffee. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warm finish, sticky sweet, more licorice, burnt herbs. Novel, but really too sweet. Hard to drink much of it.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 07/04/2017. An opaque nut brown coloured pour with a a thin light tan head aroma is sweet woody liquorice, hot alcohol, raisin. Flavour is composed of hot alcohol, sweet tangy, blackberry, liquorice, raspberry. Hot alcohol too. Sweet.
