With yeast and hops in our trunks we teamed up outside Barcelona in Catalunya to brew this beer containing; an array or specialty malts, rye, moscovado sugar, hops and a hand full of Spanish cranberries (literally a hand full so don’t expect a fruit beer). Layered yet fresh, we sincerely hope that this beer will embody the passion, enthusiasm and hard work that went into making it.

Bottle. Brown beer with a huge dark cream head. Grapefruit and light cocoa aroma with malt. Malt and light cocoa flavor with light darker malts and pine. Medium bodied. Darker malts linger with light cocoa, light pine, and light grapefruit.

Bottled. Cloudy coppery colour with a nice beige head with a very good lastin. Aroma is hoppy, fruity and notes of red fruits. Flavor has a very good bitterness, slightly sweet , red fruits and burnt caramel are present. Bittery final with a long duration.

Clear red to red brown beer, huge creamy off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: quite some citrus, fruity, bit sweet, berries, jam, sweet malts, some honey. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty hoppy, citrus fruits, grapefruit, other fruits, red berries (wow, fun to read that there's cranberries in it, while I enter my rating from my notebook). Aftertaste: pretty bitter, almost medicinal, citrus, grassy hops.

Bottle 330ml.Unclear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, warm citrus, licorice notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel, hoppy, licorice hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121219]

Bottle. Murky amber brown color, massive fluffy cream colored head. Aroma of musty raw briwn bread dough. Taste is oeppery, nutty, full bodied, malt explosion. Good stuff.
