Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a tiny, rough, white head. Very sophisticated aroma where the hops from the original brew seem to be added extra complexity from the wood. Medium body, almost flat, fruity, super dry with a lot of base bitterness from the hops and again this complexity added from the barrel. Very bitter finish. Quite a pleasant surprise. May I suggest that you buy a small pressure tank so you can force carbonate these small, experimental batches. A lot of flavor is lost with the lack of carbonation. 270617

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 1, split with 77ships. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez clairement marqué de bretts et ponctué par un bon rétro-nasal de fruits versant sur les agrumes. Pas vraiment retrouve une influence spécifique de la barrique. Palais est agréable avec une bonne balance des bretts, impression de vin blanc. Effervescence moyenne voire faible, pointe épicée en fin de bouche avec le caractère IPA qui arrive à revenir à la surface.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is lactic wine, funk, sour white berry, heavy on wine, oily. Taste is very oily wine, big tea profile, zest, oily huge wine mixed with tea, zest. Body is very nice oily wine / tea. Very nice stuff.
