Why did we call it a Fresh IPA? Because we brewed it with long-awaited fresh American hops that arrived in the nick of time, just as we were running out of last year’s supply.
Ingredients: water; Barley malts: Pale Ale, Caramel Light; Wheat malt; Oats; Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, Zeus; Yeast: US-05
Unfiltered, pasteurized.
Serving temperature: 10-12˚C; Suggested glass: IPA Glass/Nonic

Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial and Zeus hops. Lighly hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a modest minerally crispness. Very light and mildly sweet malts, trace of cream. Slightly tangy orange hops. Decent hop spice. Pine. Modest tangerine and hop skunk. Spicy skunky finish. Pretty good.

On tap. Golden color. Aroma: citrus, tropical fruits, floral and hay. Taste: citrus, clean, fruit and fresh hops, light hop bitterness.

Butelka, termin 30.09 a więc tuż przed datą. Piana bardzo słaba, ładny złoty kolor. Aromat mało intensywny. Dominują owoce tropikalne, cytrusy, delikatna żywica oraz karmel. W smaku jest lepiej, jest rześko, orzeźwiająco, chmielowo z wyczuwalnym karmelem choć jest go mniej niż w aromacie. Fajnie owocowe od chmielu. Goryczka bardzo dobrej jakości, chmielowa, mogłaby być nieco wyższa, ale i tak jest dobrze. Ogólnie bardzo sesyjna IPA. Byłoby lepiej, gdyby był mocniejszy aromat, aczkolwiek oceniam 5 dni przed datą spożycia i może temu tak wyszło.

Bottle shared@Pułapka, Gdansk, Poland (08/08/2016) - orange amber coloured pour with a firm white head. Fruity and malty with big punchy notes of grapefruit and mango, sweet caramel malty base, pine needles into a mild herbal and grassy hoppy finish. Very Nice.

Tap at 100 piv. Juicy hoppy fruitiness, easy drinking, moderate-high bitterness. Juicy moderately sweetish taste, lots of hops, clean and tasty. Good one.

Tap at 100 piv. Hazy orange golden color with medium white head. Oranges, tangerines, zest, pines. Taste. Oranges, tangerines, zest, light pines, caramel malt. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Good.

BOTTLE 50 CL from Same Crafty Multitap. BB DEC-2016. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of overripe mango and too much malts (caramel/honey), a touch of resins. Taste: vague hoppy notes - tea leaf, honey sweetened cold tea. Moderate pithy bitterness. The flavour is a bit of a letdown in the middle as well as in the finish. Feels like a unfresh IPA.

Muffig zitrusartiger Hopfenantrunk. Herb, trocken im Mittelteil bei zunehmend runder werdendem Hopfen. Angenehm würzig, spritzig. 10/6/8/8//8

Trübes hell orange goldenes Bier. Geruch sehr fruchtig mild hopfig. Geschmack mild hopfig, sehr fruchtig, Steinobst.
