The Hopsbant is on! Our aroma-enhancing device worked at full capacity to dry-hop this beer three times as it passed through its metallic shell, and it did a hell of a job.
Why did we call it a Fresh IPA? Because we brewed it with long-awaited fresh American hops that arrived in the nick of time, just as we were running out of last year’s supply.
Ingredients: water; Barley malts: Pale Ale, Caramel Light; Wheat malt; Oats; Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, Zeus; Yeast: US-05
Unfiltered, pasteurized.
Serving temperature: 10-12˚C; Suggested glass: IPA Glass/Nonic

Flaske fra Ninkasira København, på RBHD-samling hos Asle Bjørn, okt-18: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Grapefrukt, furunål, eukalyptus, mango og appelsinmarmelade i fin blanding. God fylde og deilig bitterhet i avslutningen, mild for sine 80 IBU.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 06/04/17. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, straw, light breads, melon. Taste comprises toasted grains, light dank notes, orange pith, caramel malts, melon, light tropical fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Ok IPA.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is solid hoppy. Fruity. Sweet, mild pine and grapefruity hoppy. Bitter. Grassy and dry grapefruity finish.

Pite z nalewaka bardzo fajne ale z butelki niestety karmel i zleżały chmiel. Może to kwestia pasteryzacji, może butelka nie była najświeższa ale west coast ani "fresh" to to niestety nie było. Łodygowa goryczka.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Hazy orange, creamy off-white head. Nose is nice onion, garlic hop, pleasant rich white grape hop. Nose is very good. Taste is lesser, bit too malty, yeasty, dusty, decent, but hops don’t really pop as much as in the nose. Body is milky, yeasty, sugar. Decent but the smell promised more.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours hazy orange with a tight, creamy, off-white head. The nose has pale bread, ripening citrus, melon, pine. Medium sweet flavour with ripe citrus, piney hops. Medium bodied with average carboantion. A little resin in the finish, melon, more ripe citrus and oily pine. Not bad.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a off white head. Aroma is plastic, spicy lemon, pale malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base grains, grassy, plastic,. Little dank but not very well done.

Bottle @ DØE Tasting. Pours golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grass, flowers, citrus. Flavor is bitter, malt, fruity hops, citrus. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, bitter finish. Good, but not that fresh. 150317

Bottle @ DØE meeting. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity and old hops. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 150317
