Flaska från belgiuminabox. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt krämigt skum. En stor saison åt det lite torrare och stramare hållet. Mycket kryddig saisonjäst, zestiga limeskal, curasao, koriander och massor av belgokaraktär. Mycket gott.

Bottle (from beergium). Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is fruity, spicy, belgian yeast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, apricots, sugar, belgian yeast. Carbonation is high. Overall: good.

Bière fraîche et globalement agréable, cette Aubéole d'Estinnes en reste cependant trop imprécise et pas assez équilibrée pour la faire rentrer dans le gotha. Robe blond doré, légèrement voilé (EBC aux environs de 22) et surmonté d'une mousse blanche aérée de 5 mm d'épaisseur, son apparat est acceptable sans plus. Le nez est sur un houblon tirant sur l'acide avec des arômes de citron, de pain et très légèrement épicé. Attaque décevante, présentant une acidité un peu agressive reprenant des arômes de citron, de pain et d'épices. L'ensemble n'est toutefois plutôt agréable. La seconde bouche ne s'arrange pas avec une acidité plus marquée mais avec également une amertume légèrement plus intense accompagnée d'épice. L'arrière bouche heureusement stabilise un peu l'ensemble, plus équilibré et sur une belle amertume épicée. La troisième bouche est la plus belle. Équilibrée et raffinée entre douceur et amertume sur des arômes de pain. Cette Aubéole d'Estinnes reprend cependant ses travers au final, peu précise, sur une amertume teintée d'acidité accompagnée de notes épicées. Dans la famille Dupont, il y a mieux.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has fruitness of perries, sweetness of flower-honey, also richness of banana. Taste has perries, flowers, peppery spicyness, some bananas. Medium bodied, sparkling carbonation. High-quality beer.

Draft glass @ Gollem. Dark orange with thick fluffy creamy white head. Taste like toffee, caramel, dry lingering kitchen spices, lovely butterscotch, bread, toffee, caramel,... WOnderfuly malt forward beer with low spice-like finish. Totally different from what I expected but very lovely. Deserves wider presence, I have never before seen this one.

330 ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Hazy golden orange color with white head. Malty, hoppy and yeasty aroma, bread, citrusy fruity, orange, grass, banana, spicy. Sweet and bitter like aroma. Medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Sweet-ish fruity and herbal-spicy yeasty aroma, citrusy hoppy overtones, notes of mirabelle, apricot, peach, some nettle. Taste is slightly tart, herbal-spicy yeasty, fruity, sweet-ish wheaty background, notes of nettle, mirabelle, some citrus, a peppery coriander touch. Gentle refreshing carbonation, soft palate. Harmonious, refreshing, maybe a bit sweet.

F: big, white, collapsing and average lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: malt, peach, herbal, grassy, hay, yeast, hint of spicy. T: malt, spicy, herbal, grassy, peach, camomile, banana, medium body, medium to high carbonation, once again very good and enjoyed beer from Dupont, 33cl bottle from Carrefour market - Saint-Michel @ Etterbeek, Brussels.

Bottle 75cl. Hazy yellow golden colour, tall frothy rocky white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma pale malts, pear, peach, orange, grain, yeast. Taste medium to light heavy sweet and bitter, malty, fruity, spicy notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, sweet fruity and spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, pleasant and well-balanced strong ale.
