Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy golden with a dense, white head. Rather fresh and inviting berry aroma. Light-bodied, lactic tartness, fresh berry accents again and a light late tartness. Quite refreshing. 310817

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 1, split with 77ships. Dorée/paille, col blanc. Arôme un peu fruité fermenté, finement fumé avec petit effet rétro-nasal versant sur le tourbé - citrique, sourness assez marquée. Palais offre un effet un peu aigrelet, grains un fini citrique et une pointe de minéral.Puckering.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Quite hazy citrus, little white head. Nose is sour candy, stomach acid (low), puckering kiwi, fermenting fruit, homemade wine,... Taste is lactic kiwi, gooseberry, wild berries, sour white wine, starts out weird but I wound up quite loving it, zest, puckering,... Sparkling, intense, interesting, I am a fan.
