Sampled at VCBF 2017. Thnx for sharing, Tim and Eugene ! Little weird that Eugene reccomended my rating as a read, since I’ve Always viewed him as a better rater than me... hah... Anyway ! Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is esthers (banana) mild malts. Very balanced beer that doesn’t taste bad in any direction. Yet, as a Belgian, I’ve already had way to many beers that taste like this in my own country, we don’t really get amped up about a foreign beer that tastes exactly like what it should be - A Belgian triple. We simply have more than enough triple beers as it is... curious to try some more experimental styles by Danko though !

Thank you kraddel & tderoeck! Sampled draft @ VCBF 2017. Orange golden, little white. Nose is odd bitter vegetable, grains. Taste is cereal, grain, mellow BE esters, citrus, mellow lightly bitter low vegetable. m/m body. Really wanted to like this one & Westmalle styled beer with Cascade sounds cool. I fear that my pallet is far too American. Kraddel has criticized my incapability of appreciating subtle classical beers so he is bound to give a proper rating here. In case anyone ever reads this, listen to Kraddel.

11/VI/17 - on tap @ Vleteren Craft Beer Festival - BB: n/a (2017-851) Thanks to 77ships and kraddel for sharing today's beers!

Clear blond to dark blond beer, creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, some banana, yeast, bit spicy. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: fruity start, peach, pretty bitter, hoppy touch. Aftertaste: bitter, banana peel, sweet malts, bit metallic, decent!
