Bottled 330ml. -at Le Bio d’Adam et Eve, Paris. Dark golden coloured, small white head, light caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel and mild nutty with quite strong notes of smoke. Nothing special here but in any case much better than Altiplano Lama.

Bottle in Paris. Cloudy amber pour, soft white head. Caramel, bread and yeast nose. Pretty sweet, plenty of candi sugar and yeast, bit of dough. Light to medium in body with average to lively carbonation. Sweetish, slightly basic finish with subtle yeast and caramel. As I said, pretty basic and one-dimensional, but not bad.

bottle, Merci jaghana, I love the label. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Sweet-malty nose, hints of bubblegum in the aroma. Full-bodied, sweetish malty, hints of chestnut, slightly fruity. A nice experience!

Murky orange colour, orange head. Aroma of hops and coriander. Taste is heavy coriander with a bitter-dry malt finish. Just okay.

Bottled. Hazy golden, minimal head. Fruity pineapple and plum aroma. Sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Very fruity, I really had to doublecheck so that the label didn’t say mirabelle instead of châtaignes. Light salty bitterness. Unusal, but quite nice.

Bottled. Sparkling, light cloudy, golden beer with floaties and an off-white head. Nutty, lightly smoked and spicy aroma, and a flavor with malt, nuttiness and spices. Dusty, medium body. A very special beer. (060516)

Bottle. Sour nut aroma. Slightly cloudy copper colour. Flavour is distinctly nutty, chestnutty, I guess. Good mouthfeel, a little sweet aftertaste. Interesting enough beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy amber colour with floating impurities. Small, off-white head. Cookie-like aroma of the added chestnuts - or rather chestnut flour. Quite light-bodied, dry without any real bitterness. A bit too highly carbonated. 291005

A hazy amber beer with a small light brown head. The aroma is some weird spicy one, while the flavor is of earth, dust, and walnuts - not my beer.
