This amber beer was made with rye. As well as the pink pepper, this cereal brings some spiciness to the beer. It is well hopped with willamette and simcoe, which give a light vanilla hint and the citrus notes.

330 ml. bottle purchased @ brewery. Shared @ bus post-VCBF 2017. Dark amber orange, little white. Nose is bland, oily, stale, overly heavy. Very high carbonation, overly so. Interesting ingredients seem to be lost, dull cereal, hop oil, hay, too yeasty, old cereal. Rather meh.

Clear orange beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, lots of peaches, sugary, some caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, peaches, soft bitterness, malty, yeast. Aftertaste: fruity, bit metallic, pretty bitter, lot of yeast still.
