Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy red brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, candy sugar, dried fruit and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. 121116

Draught at Delirium Hoppy Loft, almost no head, oapque quite dark brown color, aroma of dark bread, a bit like kvass, with some soy sauce and a hint of cherries, flavor of dried figs dark raisins and dates with a dark bread backbone, much too sweet and cloying. Fair but not too exciting.

(Thx!) Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Deep amber cough syrup appearance. Taste is massive cloying Christmas spices with cough syrup, herbal, thick boozy, cloying, caramelized sugar. Taste is thick herbal medicinal cough syrup, lightly Belgian, cloying, plastic, thick, faintly vinous. Body is vinous heavy cough syrup. I am not a cough syrup advent so not a big fan.
