A mixed, it unfiltered 11 degree beer, pleasantly bitter and full flavored was originally intended as a gift for the jubilee of Frantšek Horák, the saviour of the brewery. However, everyone liked it at the party so we are still brewing it today. It includes traditional floor malt and hops from our hop gardens.

500 ml bottle. Almost clear dark amber with a foamy head. Marzipan, Belgian yeast, caramel, fried banana, metal, lemon zest. Caramely sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty sweet finish. This one is a bit weird, tastes more like a sweetened German Schwarzbier, than a Polotmavý. Not bad though, but not great either.

Točené (U Rokytky, Libeň): Chestnut-amber coloured, clear, stable rocky off-white head; clean both nutty to dark-malty and herbal hoppy (Saaz) aroma; quite dry bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering and more hoppy than malty finish. Dobrý polotmavý ležák...

Draught@Svejk, Stockholm. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is diacetyl, some mild toasted notes along with bready malts and some slight toffeeish notes. Flavour is quite similar, but does also have a kind of chewy rubbery kind of bitterness to it. The bitterness in the finish is grassy and "properly" bitter though. Also the flavour has a nice crisp malty edge to it, making it quite pleasant to drink.
