A light touch of sweetness here with some saaz hops. Pours golden with decent head and lacing. Light crisp finish with a little sweetness. Bottle pour at Yucatan craft beer festival.

Bottle at the Night of Garbage, thanks to Leighton, now this is more like it - 20/12/13 up a shit load of stairs ! Lightly hazed pale golden with a thin off white swirl. Nose is paper bag, straw, cereals, mineral notes, white peppery aroma. Taste comprises pale malt, straw, cereals, light spice, hay, corn, paper. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry grassy closure. Yup - this is in the spirit of the tasting, worst of the night thus far!

The (not so) shit beer tasting at Leightons stratospheric flat. Very hazy gold beer. Tidy very pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and crisp. Light dry papery pale malt. Whisper of spice. Little over ripe citrus. Sweet papery finish. Meh!

Bottle shared at Night of Garbage. I muled this back from Baja! Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds sugary grains, caramel, mild paper. Medium sweet flavor, well and papery, with sugary white bread, faint straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with some paper, white bread, faint dough. Not great.

Bottled at Kitchen 6, Roma, Mexico City. Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity nose with some butter. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Mild and edgesless with some buttersciotch. Low bitterness.
