Our take on the classic Belgian witbier riffs on the style's characteristic spice profile and takes it all the way back to the motherland of spices. The original recipe for Bombay Dazzler was developed as the world's first Anglo-Indian craft brewing collaboration between Northern Monk Brew Co. and Mumbai's Gateway Brewing Co. We continued refining the recipe with Bundobust to pair seamlessly with their renowned Indian vegan street food. As Bundobust grows their empire, we stepped up the game with Bombay Dazzler and brought it to the Core range where it belongs. As you gaze upon the dazzling label art by our Patron Drew Millward, focus your senses and savour the harmonious algorithm of ginger, cardamom and coriander with your favourite curry.

Thin beige head quickly left a highly carbonated, thin, lemon coloured bodied. Spicy aroma with cardamon, coriander, ginger & citrus - smells like a Ginger Ale. Medium to thin bodied, tingly & clean on the palate with a dull herbal back. Heavily spiced tastes of coriander, cardamon, lime, citrus, lemon & ginger. Unusual but very tasty

330ml can. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Aroma: spicy and citrussy, lemon, orange, coriander, ginger, cardamom. Taste: tangy tart citrussy notes, lemon, orange, ginger and coriander complement it quite nicely, yeast. Light body, fizzy carbonation.

Semmi hab, borostyán szín. Illata fűszeres, leginkább a friss gyömbérre emlékeztet.

Can. Don’t recall where from. Hazy, pale gold. Thin and sticky, white head. Nose has grated ginger, first off. The cardamom and coriander are pretty noticeable, too. Some pale bread and straw. Smells good. Taste has a little sweetness, and is slightly dry. Soft and foamy mouthfeel. Hint of spice. Light dry finish. Decent.
