Our Hop Ride India Pale Ale is medium bodied and aggressively hopped using a technique called ‘dry-hopping’ which adds a nice delicate citrus aroma. Combine that with Magnum & Summit hops to kick up the bitterness, and Cascade hops for a floral bouquet. You get a well balanced and very drinkable American IPA. We live in Las Vegas and enjoy the areas beyond the reach of the neon. Bootleg Canyon MTB Park is one of those places. Be Warned, the rattlers have just as much bite as this ale. If you want to ride there, its going to be a “hop ride.”

Thank you tderoeck! 355 ml. can sampled. Orange, creamy white head. Nose is nice pine hop oil, resin, low pineapple, nice malt presence. Taste is big hop, oily pine resin, decent malt, lightly caramel, lightly metallic sadly. Body is malty, lightly metallic. A bit mellow / possible older but overall pretty nice.

Thnx to tim. Pours rather clear amber. Small white head. Smell is stale hops. Bit sweet. Taste is unfresh, stale hops. Not very aromatic. Can’t say I like it.

2/III/17 - 12Fl. Oz. can @ home - BB: n/a, canned: X/26/16 (2017-280) Thanks to Kristine for the can(s)!
Clear orange beer, creamy off-white irregular head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, caramel, bit sugary, fruity, touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, caramel, pretty bitter, grassy, dry, some grapefruit, bit metallic, little sweet. Aftertaste: malty, very bitter, resinous, bit metallic, some caramel, bit of tropical fruits, dry finish, piny touch. Well, I didn't get a new state tick, but at least I gave 3 other a new state tick. :p

Sampled on draft this beer poured a pale golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that left incredible lacing. The aroma was grapefruit, orange and passionfruit. The flavor was grapefruit, lemon, a bit dry and had a hint of tropical fruits. Medium length finish. Medium body. Decent.

Many thanks to Stefan SD for this 650 ml bottle.
Golden in the glass, slightly sweet and very intense hoppy in the nose. The beer starts much more bitter than expected. Only slightly sweet in the background. The intense bitter note lies over all - also nearly no floral hop aroma, as the nose predicts. The aftertaste is long, intense-bitter, smooth.
Probably not the freshest bottle, as I miss any of the floral hop aroma. But not bad at all - a decent very bitter brew! --> 12/10/12/11

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a nice citrus and flora combination with a bit of pine and a light grain backbone. Flavor has more of a citrus and pine hop profile with a light grain backbone.
