Thank you tderoeck. Bottle sampled post ACBF 2017. Dark brown with no head. Nose is massively alcoholic, herbal, faint herbal, lager yeast, cheap wine, pure white alcohol leaves. Taste is thin hugely alcoholic, vinous cough syrup, leaves, harsh booze, bark, leaves,..; Body is thick, raw alcohol. I tried two beers around 20 % ABV from ’t Uiltje earlier that day at ACBF 2017. They were really excellent, this is a ridiculously harsh alcoholic mess. Their 57 % ABV beer must be truly punishing.

Many thanks for this strong eisbock to kevnic2008. Bottled in 2014. 330ml waxed swing-top bottle. Alez totalnie szalone piwo. Super deserowe i popoludniowe piwo. Pozostawia dlugi posmak slodkosci i smaku Porto w ustach, oleista i gesta struktura pozwala cieszyc sie smakiem dosc dlugo, mozna mlaskac i sie oblizywac. Super degustacyjne piwo.

Dark brown, almost black color with almost no head at all. Rich intensity in the aroma. Fruity, raisins, chocolate and dark malt. Full bodied and a quite soft carbonation. Not far away from flat. Quite sweet but not cloying or sticky. Oily texture. Rich complex flavor. Dried fruits, prunes, raisins, chocolate and dark malt. Powerful and nice evening sipper. Quite well hidden alcohol.

Sehr dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig süß, fruchtig, röstmalzig, extrem alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr süß, malzig fruchtig, den Alkohol merkt man sehr deutlich.

333 fliptop from Duty Free shop in Frankfurt Airport. The wax is strong! Pours very dark brown with ruddy glints and no head. Aroma is alcohol and a suggestion of banana. Full bodied +. Flavor is alcohol/heat, very dark malt, very dark fruit, and maybe some banana. There’s a lot of strong flavor here. An experience to be savored. To be repeated? Time will tell.

Opaque dark brown beer, no head! Nose of molasses and chocolate liqueur. Palate is soft and viscous. Very moderate carbonation. Sweet sticky malt with chocolate and molasses. Moderate spirit imparts warmth but it’s not overwhelming. Finishes semi dry. Actually, not bad!
