Bottle at level 42, big thanks to Dave. It pours lightly hazy very pale gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, bready maltage, lemon parfait, grass, straw and earth. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter, straw, peppery spice, lemon peel, light alcohol, hay and pale bread with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp, clean and well-rounded. Nice Belgian ale.

On keg at Six Degrees North, Edinburgh. Appearance - golden with a slight haze. Some head better than none. Nose - dried lemon and light spice. Something herbal. Taste - more herbal again. Dried lemon and white pepper at the back. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - tang central. Good beer.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Dave. Pours unclear lemon with afrothy, white head. The nose has some crispy wheat, lemon rind, a little Belgian yeast. Light sweet flavour with clean Belgian yeast character, more flaked wheat, bitter straw, lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean in the finish, some grass, more wheat, pale grains, citrus peel. Damn solid overall.
