Sharp sock funk with a little cheese dominating the nose. Taste is a strong bitter sour with strong astringent notes, mild cerial malt with a mild tropical fruit buried under it all. Lingering bitterness after. Balance is off with this one.

Keg at Brother’s Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Hazy golden, small head. Funky bretty nose. Mid dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Pears, hay and brett. Mid bitter finish.

A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with nice resinous floral hops, light citrus, light coriander, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coriander, curacao, light cloves, fruity esters, nice and smooth. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
