A classic hop forward, super hazy IPA. We use Mosaic and Citra hops in the whirlpool and to dry hop, so the beer is full of tropical and citrus notes, and has low bitterness. We also leave it unfiltered, so expect a full on juicy haze.

330ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma: citrus, pine, malt. Taste: citrus, orange, grapefruit, zesty, pine, light biscuity malt, moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice one. And so much better than Easy Shift.

33cl bottle from M&S, Camberley. A bright amber pour with a looe white head and gentle carbonation; aroma of pineapple and caramel; soft in the mouth with a rather sweet fruit salad taste; and a sharper grapefruit finish. Rather good.

Bottle from The Bottle Shop Bermondsey and drunk at home. Hazy dark amber colour lasting cream head. Malty apa aroma. Caramel plus some citrus. Yes some caramel through out. Some bitterness on the finish. Yellow grapefruit and lemon flavours. Not bad. Bit too caramel for me.
