2024 édition, pouring a slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a white cap leaving some lacing spots and coating over the brew. The smell is mild, but does present the Tripel yeast spiciness with some fruitiness from the malts, and a touch of alcohol. The taste is on the milder side as well, but everything is felt - between the fruity and spicy notes. A tad honey balanced with a little bitterness-dryness in the end. Quite a smooth Belgian-style Tripel, that goes down very well. Very well.

Keg (9.5%) at L’Autre Oeil, Aylmer. Murky golden, small head. Buckwheat and elderflowers up front. Dry to tart with medium body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Honey and citrus, notes of grain, peach and elderflowers. Peppery bitter finish. Dry, slender and very drinkable. If this is indeed 9.4% it is xrazy dangerous...

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pine needles, spruce, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coriander, orange peel, grassy hops, light mineral notes, light spruce, nice and smooth. On tap at L’autre oeil, Péché Mortel Day, March 11 2017.
