Cloudy orange pour,, with a small white head. Solid wheat Aroma, big banana esters, and some grassiness. The finish is a tad more bitter than expected for the style, and takes away from the typical hefe finish.

A lightly hazed golden weizen with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Kanata location.

Pours a cloudy golden-orange colour with an off-white head, average retention and some decent lace. Spicy nose over the wheat sweetness with nice yeast. The taste is milder, not as rich as some hefeweizen that are hard to finish. Cloves and banana notes with very light bubblegum in the finish. A refreshing Hefe and much easier to drink. Does the job.

Can: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with light retention and almost no lacing. Aroma of sweet wheat malt notes with light cloves ester. Taste is a mix of sweet wheat malt notes with some cloves and more residual sugar notes than I was expecting. Body is about average with medium carbonation. Not bad but lacking some attenuation.

Keg at Big Rig Brewery, Ottawa. Cloudy pale straw colour, rich head. Distinct aroma of cloves, mashed banana and mustard seeds. Dry with light body and clean, spritzy mouthfeel. Overripe banana and cloves dominate. Low bitterness. Lack of malt softness, which is a key feature for the style.
