Tap at Red Doir in Ottawa. Clear honey yellow pour. Aroma is grapefruit and real vanilla with bitter hops. Flavor follows with a smoothness from vanilla. Really nice!

Half-pint at the Loon. Pours a hazy golden-yellow colour with a white cap and good lace. Very well-blended grapefruit aromas of an IPA with some vanilla. Nice bitter mouthfeel with soft dryness. Grapefruit taste with softer vanilla notes. Quite a nice citrusy IPA with a beautiful touch of vanilla. Would have again, anytime.

Keg at Brother’s Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Vanilla extract dominates. Grape tonic finish with low-medium bitterness. Too artificial.

A pale blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with light mineral notes, tropical fruits, resinous hops, light sulfur, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light vanilla notes, light mineral notes, light grassy hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. Can at brewery.
