A well laced pillowy white head on a straw pilsner body. The nose features oats, coffee and pilsner malt. Another understated, well blended hit for the Wild Oats Series. Pilsner malt, roasted oats, citrus, melon and coffee work well together to create a refreshing but complex pilsner hybrid. A nice piece of craftsmanship.

2016 Holiday 4 pack. Clear yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is big on coffee, but not roasted coffee, but green coffee beans, with a soft capsaicin/pepper flavour without the heat. SOlid mouth feel, and good carb. Finish has alot of cereals in it, with minmal to no hop, and the same goes for bitterness. The coffee overpowers and hides the base beer, and i find doesnt not integrate well.

Keg at Ottawa Winter Brewfest. Disclaimer: This event used plastic cups, which may have prevented my ability to fully appreciate this beer. Hazy golden, rich head. Doughy coffee aroma. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Dough, coffee and grass. Mid bitter finish.

A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant coffee and biscuit malt, grassy German hops, light metallic notes, overall, nice. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, and light coffee notes, well balanced with pils. On tap at Rochester Pub.
