Clean and delicate, this dry hopped Kolsch style beer, brewed with German Comet, German Cascade and Loral, carries a light herbal hop aroma and a smooth, crisp finish. A perfectly balanced harmony of soft, sweet and bitter, Hoo-Dini is ideal for sipping ice-cold from the fridge on a warm summer’s day.

Enjoyed at Bor's. Pours a mostly clear golden colour and a white head with a small layer retention. Aroma's of nice resinous hops and fruit. Retronasal the fruit is much more pronounced with some candies. Flavour is moderate bitter, fruity. Light bodied. Finish is moderate bitter. Modern interpretation of the style.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear, honey gold. Glossy topped, thick, lasting, white foam. Nose has lots of lime and lemon. Crisp and clean grain. Floral and grassy hop. Taste is a little sweet, with a grassy, lime leaf like bitterness. Light to medium body. Foamy carbonation. Crisp bitter finish. Nice one.
