A big fluffy off-white head on an amber body. The nose features fresh hops with malt and a touch of honey. A tasty IPA with tropical fruit, melons and citrus hops. A sweet malt underpins the hops. Both punchy and refreshing but a little light on the Brett affect.

Bottle label says 644 yeast. I’m assuming this is the normal version of the beer. Hazy amber pour, medium white head. Aroma is quite fruity, hints of Orange peel, stone fruit and soft tropical notes. Mouth feel and body are fine. Finish has a medium bitterness, with some citrus undertones, and a citrus rind finish.

Keg at Waller St. Brewing, Ottawa. Cloudy pale amber, mid sized head. Mango and gooseberry up front. Dryish with medium body and bready, firm malt. Toast, papaya and citrus. Piney bitter finish.

A hazed golden ipa with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, light Brett, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light chalky notes, light rye notes, OK. On tap at brewery.

Enjoyed at the Hooch on my first visit there. Pours a golden colour with a white cap and small lacing. Decent hop aromas with mild grain. Same for the taste with a nice balance between grassy hops and the cereal grain. Nice bitterness. An easy-drinking IPA that is still above bitter, without being a hopbomb.
