Draught @ Warpigs Brewpub, Flæsketorvet 25, Copenhagen, Denmark 1711. [ As Warpigs Varg Taß with Yuzu ].ABV: 3.6%. Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy yuzu - lemon - lime, tart yuzu - lemon - lime, citric yuzu - elmon - lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, tart, yuzu, citric, super dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170520] 8-3-8-3-16

100 ml. draft @ Gollem Warpigs Tap Takeover. Used Danish yoghurt, definitely not the first kettle sour to use yoghurt. Umm.... Hazy golden, creamy white head. Nose is basic lemon, lemonade, very refreshing citrus peel, zest,... Taste is lemonade, lemon, peel, yoghurt (might me in my head), very refreshing lemonade, zest, citrus, low sour, more basic lacto base,... Body is lemonade sour. Hugely refreshing, really nice.

[5/15/17] Draught at Warpigs in Copenhagen. Hazy shiny yellow. Lemony, yuzu, tart, lacto. Good and refreshing.

On tap @ Warpigs. This is a cloudy lovely smelling one. Super citrussy and no doubt about the yuzu. Fresh, clean and and really inviting citrussy to smell at. In the glass it's mild cloudy and golden colored. Small white softly lacing head on the top. Like the taste also. A lot. Super fresh yuzu infected this, sour and a little lemonic. Fresh peely and lots of sorrel. It's mild oily in the mouth and about average on the carbonation. So refreshing and really good. Something you can just drink and drink and.. 11.05.2017

Tiny fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is fresh citrusy, yuzu, soda powder, lime peel, grass, minerals, sorrel,citrus acid. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, yuzu, lime peel, soda powder, minerals, sorrel, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.
