Can. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has lots of hay and some leaves with a bit of sweet grain and straw underlying. Flavor is straw forward with some hay and a just a touch of sweet grain coming through.

16 oz can. Aroma is light baked bread and soft grassy hops. Flavor follows with the addition of some subtle florals. Light body with a crisp texture. Pretty respectable but not sure this would be a repeat buy.

Can at home too late. This brew looks like has been around few years weird I never tried as of yet given my Lager and VT focus. Light yellow nose is sour lemon and oats. Tatses of oatmeal, sour mash, metal barrel, spicy pepper, herbal. Fairly thin. Kinda odd overall

Pours celadon-tinged yellow into a Sam glass. White foamy head crackles and recedes to mottle surface. Citrus and hay aromas. Crisp with sweet straw, stone fruit and meadow front to back. Mild, medium length marshmallow finish. Rather sweet for a pils...

Canned 4/3/24, drunk 4/25/24. Clear, bright, lighter golden Small, white head quickly to ring of small bubbles. Attractive, grassy and heg al notes with biscuit, cracker and light honey from the malt. Clean. Malty with plentiful herbal notes and mild bitterness. I do get a quickly-passing metallic note but it's super minimal. Malty and with good attenuation. Hops are done well.

Keg at Foam Brewers, Burlington. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Boiled vegetables and grass up front. Dry with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Edgy and with some fermentational off-flavours. Pea soup and grass. Metallic bitter finish.

Poured into a stange, the appearance was a golden burnt yellow color. A finger’s worth of white foamy head started and dissipated at a nice pace. Stringy lace sticks nicely.
The aroma brushes biscuity sweet malts against some lemongrass, grass, somewhat like white pepper spice.
The flavor takes the previously mentioned aromas to arouse a nice sweetness blending with that subtle spice. Nicely combined sweet to spicy aftertaste with a quick finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a spectacular sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good - fairly low, still balances between the harshness of the carb to the spice nicely as it runs along my tongue.
Overall, really nice Czech pilsner brewed by an American brewer, no less. Hey, looks like I found my winner in the style in the USA.
