Guava beer, 100% spontaneous fermentation, mellow yellow color with a fine white top. Aromas of guava, lactic fermentation and a touch of acidity. Flavors of mild acidity and quite low bitterness. And no, this is not a sweet beer!

2 February 2020. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke & Pieter! Hazy yellow, lasting, foamy, white head. Aroma of dank guava, passionfruit, pineapple, pepper, straw. Taste has sweetish guava, pineapple, pairing with sour passionfruit & lemon, bit spicy, herbal, vaguely coriander-like. Dryish, floral hoppy finish, lingering yellow fruit, spices & soft soapy effect. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Balanced brew but not their best.

Sampled at Brassigaume 2019. A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sour tropical fruits, guava, zest. Taste of guava, sour tropical fruits, grapes, hay, nice!!

Draft @ BxlBeerFest 2019. Dorée, trouble, col blanc. Arôme est fruité tropical, léger grains avec un retour fin de goyave en purée avec un relent sur d'autres fruits tropicaux qui arrive en retrait. Palais est tropical marqué par la goyave - touche un peu abricot léger en effervescence avec un petit apport de purée de tropical/goyave. Léger funk, brett avec fine note sèche fin malt pils qui perce en fin de bouche. Retrouve pas vraiment le côté épais/granuleux de la goyave. Il manque un peu pour arriver à de la fermentation spontanée - ?

BXL ‘19. Fairly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of herbs, fruits, citrus and pepper. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at BXL festival. Hazy dark yellow with white head. Guava, passionfruit, dry grains, soft funk, tangerine, bitter herbs, orange peel, tart wheat. Almost medium sour, light bitter and sweet. Medium bodied. Nice.
