750 ml bottle, blend #3, Feb 2018. Dark golden, medium hazy body, with a small yellowish head. Aroma of green apple, citrus, wood, moderate funk, some almond. Tastes similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes medium dry, wooden, a bit sweet, with green apple skin, some citrus, some almond. Tasty. Quite straight, but very well balanced, with lovely funk, fruit and wood notes. Really crisp stuff. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is nice and fruity with citrus and pineapple notes. Hints of oak with some nice funk to it. Light earthiness. Pours a hazy, golden color with a small, thick, white head that recedes to the center where it lingers. Medium light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat acidic with nice fruit notes. Moderate fruitiness with pineapple and citrus. Light oak notes with hints of white wine character. Light earthiness and a bit of musty notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice beer. Solid balanced funk, acidity and oak notes.

At libf 2017. Thnx to Digita for sharing ! Pours unclear blonde, smell is super-funky, rich grainy notes. Taste is sour, dry, full oak, funk. Bit buttery ( by oak and malts, that is ) very full. Nice !
