Sa mousse blanche est fine et dense. Son bouquet très parfumé, sa rondeur, sa longueur en bouche et sa franche amertume en font une bière très équilibrée.

On tap at Hoppy Corner, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a nice Belgian yeast expression, light coriander, and gentle esters. Flavour is a little more estery than it should be for the style, with candi sugar, fruity esters, and cotton candy. Too sweet and estery, not carb’d enough. Not bad but far from appropriate usage of the yeast.

Big bottle kindly provided by Finn. Beige head to a hazy amber coloured body. Clingy lacing. Earth and toffee on the nose. The taste profile follows suit with impact of brown malts and earth. Some herbal hops to a malt-driven ending. Well bodied. A bit sweet in the long run. Quite alright without further excitements.
