330ml bottle. Clear brown, beige head. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, dried fruits. Taste is malty, light sweet, dried fruits, caramel, citrus, very bitter finish for a barley wine, boozy too. Medium body. Ok but a bit harsh.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Firm off-white head over a hazed, dark brown body. Spotty lacing rings down the glass. Dried fruity nose, hints of fruity malts. Biscuit flavours, alright, dried fruits and caramel in fine harmony. Resinous bitterness to the ending. Well bodied. Nice, a bit heavy to drink though. (Tromsø 24.08.2018).

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Mørk amber. Middels høyt skum kremaktig skum med litt farge. Daler sakte. Litt lacing. Aroma av kjeks & sherry. Smaken som aromaen + mandler. Litt søtlig alkoholisk ettersmak.

Bottle picked up from Brewdog Doghouse, Merchant City, Glasgow, consumed at apartment Merchant City, Glasgow, Sunday 11th February 2018 in the company of Nick and Anna. Malty aroma, but with a juicy citrus edge. Really soft carbonation, quite bitter, really more bitter than I was expecting. A touch harsh around the gums, lots of heat, loads of heat. I find this too harsh. It's interesting, but it's not my thing. A7 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.3
