(Bottle) Hazy golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, peaches, pineapple and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, pine needles, peaches, lemon, bread and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich hop profile. Quite nice.

Bottled (from Systembolaget Umeå). Pale yellow colour with a small white hed. Aroma is fruity and mildly peachy. Flavour is rather bitter with some fruits and mild peach.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes hops, straw, malt, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Golden hazy pour with a nice white head. Citrus fruity with notes of lemon, grapefruit, some melon, bitter citrus rind, minerals, medium body, fruity bitter hoppy close.

Hazy orange-yellow colour, medium-sized white head. Riped tropical fruits and dry yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied. Apricot, citrus and odd medicinal vibes. Not very good.

Plus stable, avec une présence en bouche et une longueur honorable et des arômes agréables, cette IPA mono houblon de Naparbier en Centennial est pour l'heure, la plus réussie de la série. Des imperfections, bien présentes, l'empêche toutefois de faire partie des IPA de premier ordre et même de second. En verre, nous sommes sur un blond voilé surmonté d'une fine mousse blanche. Rien de particulier. Le nez est sur l'orange amère un peu sûre, le citron, le pain avec de légères épices. On perd toutefois ce goût sûr à la dégustation avec une attaque qui présente cependant une petite acidité et une amertume légèrement agressive. L'ensemble est néanmoins agréable avec une bonne complexité et un cocktail orange, citron, épices, ananas et pain. La base maltée, douce crée un bon contraste avec l'amertume qui est saillante en seconde bouche. Celle-ci est d'ailleurs plus stable avec une prépondérance de l'orange et des épices par rapport aux autres arômes. L’arrière-bouche est tout de même trop déséquilibrée reprenant les bases de l'attaque. Le final, long, est sur une amertume agréable sur des arômes d'orange amère qui le sont tout autant. L'alcool à 6% est d'une bonne efficacité pour le titrage. Sans être exceptionnelle, Centennial en tête !

Bottle, courtesy of Cunningham. Greyish dark golden-orange with a finger thick offwhite head. Citrusy, piney and resiny with fluor and shine caramel. Quite perfumed. It's medium bodied, dry and nicely carbonated, with a very soft bitterness. Perfumed flavor with grapefruit, pine cones and resins. Long hop driven finish with lots of perfume. Seems a bit old this one, and at least way too perfumed. 190802
