Sampled at the tderoeck tasting for adamchandler. Pants are optional ! Pours dark, unclear red/amber. Small white head. Smell is fruitforward. Mild sourness, dry aspects. Taste is full, sour, dry. Bit lactic. very fruity.

Thank you ElManana+1! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ "Adam Chandler Visiting (for real this time)" Tasting. Bottled 2/15/17. Bright blackberry juice with no head. Nose carries some vague spoiled yoghurt note which I encountered in a previous Casey beer, sour red fruit, berries & some sour beer glue. Taste is plastic, glue, low bluberry, spoiled yoghurt, sourish, faint low spoiled yoghurt note in the back. Plastic, vinegar & glue body. Sour profile isn’t fully my thing but it doesn’t get out of hand.

Little cloudy reddish beer, small aery off-white head, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, bit yeasty, some yoghurt, very metallic. Taste: very fruity start, sourish, lemony, red berries, some sour raspberries. Aftertaste: vinegar touch, acidic, dry, fruity finish.

Bottle courtesy of linusb. Cloudy bluish deep orange pour with a big frothy goldenish white head. Light red berries, lemon, heavy rustic funk & spice. Pretty complex. Pleasantly sour & tart taste. Round, slight dry & tart mouth. Fairly heavy on the acidity with lemon and sour fleshy blackberries. Fairly rustic funk. Quite nice!

75 cl bottle. Nose with lots of sulphur and old sink. The taste (if you can close the nose) is sour-fruity with a nice blackberry aroma in the back, hints of ugly sulphur and sour fruity aftertaste. All in all not too deep and not too fragile. The ground-ale seems to be simple, the sourness is nice but not deep and the balckberries are sour and round (and are saving the rest). Sad all in all.
