Grapefruit, lime and a distinct flavour of The End when it stopped being a two minute love song. Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. Bitter end. Some caramel. Not bad. Bottle at El Trappist in CDMX.

Canned. Lightly hazy pale amber, mid sized head. Grassy nose with red apples and bread. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready and husky, red apples, pears and grass. Really bitter finish.

Draft at Chuck’s, Darien. Smell favors citrus and tropical fruit, only then followed by pine notes. Color is a cloudy gold; it was poured almost to the rim of a pint shaker, with very little room for foam. The first taste kept up the tropical fruits, though being unfiltrred, or partially filtered, there was a bit of yeast bite that made feel more filling than it should. But the fruit notes returned, with a note that was just this side of tart, backed by a toasty malt. Finished if fine, but yes, more filling than he usual light Mexican style beer, more suited for before of after dinner.

Keg at the brewpub - Cabo. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. A preety good overall beer. Some nice, dry and bready malts, a bit of pine and orange and rind. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Reasonbly biuter to finish, some pine, citrus peel, dry bread. Good one.

Tap. Pours clear amber, with a medium white head that laces well. Aroma is grapefruit, notes of pine. Flavor is grapefruit, slightly sweet caramel malt, notes of pine ,and a medium bitter finish.

From tap at the San Lucas and San Jose brewpub location. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is grapefruity and pinewood. Solid bitterness. Dense hops fruity and lingering dark caramelish. Bitter and roasted into the finish. Light bite in the far finish.
