Booming Rollers™ is a showcase for the juicy awesomeness of Citra hops. These new wave American hops impart a remarkable aroma and flavor, which we've amplified with the dark stone fruit character of New Zealand-grown Motueka hops. Some Centennial is thrown in to balance the tropical fruit party, and the malt body is just assertive enough to support Booming Rollers' snappy bitterness. It's a party in your mouth and all the beautiful people are invited.

Tap @ Beer Boy Nakameguro. Clear and golden pour, some white foam on the top, leaving white lacings. Fruity lollypop nose, soft hop bite. Taste has lots of bitterness, fruity sweetness remains in the background. Citrus and a bit of bubblegum in the taste, lemon peel bitterness in the linger. Still smashable but quite hop-forwaed, satisfies my hop tooth.

Can. Light amber, with a slight haze. Just a thin head. The malts on this are fairly chewy, and the citra not all that bright. Thinking bog standard IPA, a bit yeasty, not really to the Modern Times standard.

16 oz can purchased to go at Irene's Tap Room in Phoenix, Arizona. Canned on 2 17 19. The pour is a slight haze yellow orange with minimal white head. The aroma is citrus floral and cracker malt. The taste is the citrus, floral and cracker malt along with a decent amount of mineral and earth. The palate us medium bodied with soft carbonation and a nice mineral finish.

Citrus and some pine. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Some saaz type pils. Light bitter end. Not much to this. Tap at brewery.
