On tap at Hop: The Beer Experience, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some rustic saison yeast, a touch of spiciness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is much the same, with rustic saison yeast, some toasted grains, and low-level esters. Finishes spicy and fairly dry. Not the most complex but reasonably done.

Can, 355ml now (!). Hazy golden body, white head. Appley, grainy aroma, lightly flowery and honeyish and some phenols, light cloves. Tart, sour taste, flowery, honeyish, some cloves, some citric notes mixing with the sourness, flowery and corky notes. Odd sour saison, but not bad.

Light citrus and some hay. Really well done and perfect for Mexican sun. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Light tang in otherwise clean finish. Nice little beer. Bottle at Oscar and Lala's on the highway north of Tulum.
