We brew a wide variety of beer styles within a constant stream of new and exciting beers. We wanted to create a new recipe for a Double IPA to freshen up our Systembolaget assortment for the first quarter of 2020.
This Double IPA is accelerated with an intense aroma of sweet orange peel and pineapple. A soft, dry bitterness leaves your tongue heavy with hops and deep malty depths.
HOPS: COLUMBUS, EKUANOT, CITRA

Burk från SB. Disig gulorange vätska med en krämig skumpuck. Juicig doft med tropisk frukt med mycket citrus. Lite old school syltig citrus men kan lite friskare och juicigare, mango, ananas och rejäl beska som skapar en torrare avslutning till en annars ganska söt brygd. Gott

Can. Unclear amber with a fat coat of white head. Aroma of tropical fruit with some not totally pleasant herbal notes. Some light bread behind the fruit but it's rather light bodied for a IIPA. Cleaner than expected without any harshness those notes in the aroma made me anticipate. Moderate bitterness. Just not enough going on for what is a pretty strong beer.

Can. Hazy gold beer, tiny pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, medium sweet. Rich citric peel hops, orange peel and marmalade. Pine and hop spice and then even more citric peel. Some grapefruit marmalade. Crisp finish unsurprisingly leaves a citric peel linger. Good depth of flavour here but very much at the peel end of the spectrum.

330ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of ripe passionfruit, mango, pineapple. Taste is sweet, fruity, pineapple, mango, citrus peel and pine. Medium body.

Can from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Hazy golden with a large head. Aroma of mango, some pineapple and grapefruit. The same in the taste. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Burk Dipa provning 2 olika med Petrus. Doftar ek och blommor. Smakar bröd ekigt och blommor samt lite grape . Medelfyllig Dipa med ganska tydlig efterbeska . En blommig Dipa . Ok
