Paired with a simple, crisp, pale malt bill, late addition Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and dry-hopped Citra hops recreate the sensation of drinking a tropical cocktail on the beach. A hint of mango, a touch of passion fruit, a little papaya and pineapple; all you need is the beach.

Poured from an undated 16 oz can.
Aroma is fairly hop forward and fruity with lots of ruby red grapefruit and tropical citrus. Lighter passion fruit and berry notes. Light dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a hazy, dull, yellow-gold straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and small legs.
Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes of ruby red grapefruit and tropical citrus. Lighter stone fruit, passion fruit, berry and resin notes.
Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid hazy IPA. Nice hop notes in aroma and flavor. Not too sweet and bitterness is moderate. Light malt notes and alcohol is well hidden. Sweet fruit notes come out more as it warms.

Tap at Harry's Hofbrau. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with moderate white head of all sized bubbles and large patterns down the glass. Citrus dominate both the aroma and palate with a solid, clean malt background of white cracker. Sweetness retains long on the lips. Slightly thin mouthfeel.

Tap. Pours clear deep golden, medium white head, quickly diminishing, decent residual, good lacing. Aroma is pleasant, dank, pot, tropical notes, hints of green onion, guava. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, pleasant and balanced, no obvious flaws but not quite matching aroma. Light plus body.
