La Dougalls 942 IPA es la versión "india" de la Pale Ale de Dougalls. Esta cerveza artesanal de Cantabria es amarga con matices de pino, resina y cítricos de final seco y duradero. Sin duda una de las mejores de Dougalls.

Pours orangey amber with slight haze. Topped by a medium big yellowish white head, sloely settling. Lots of pleasant fruity notes - citruses and sweet tropical notes, as well as some notable pine. Slight biscuity malt back. Slight fruity sweet start, followed by a moderate hoppy bitterness and a gentler aftertaste. Lighter body and all in all just a great IPA.

11/XI/16 - 33cl bottle from a trade @ home - BB: n/a, bottled: 18/V/16 (2016-1291) Thanks to Txus for the trade!
Clear orange beer, big creamy off-white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of watermelon flavoured candy, honey, some sweet caramel, pretty oxidized. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, sweet caramel malts, honey, malty, ripe banana. Aftertaste: bitter hops, sweet, fruity, honey, pretty oxidized, malty, slightly sourish, meh. Probably too old and not stored very well. For all I know this has been on the shelf all summer in a bottle shop in Spain without A.C.
