Bottle thanks to Ian. Pours a dark copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is toffee, bourbon, oak, vanilla. Slick body, caramel, licorice, oak, vanilla, boozy, very nice.

Unclear dark amber colour, dull, almost no head. Decent malt depth, moderately sweet, bourbon character, and this one is very boozy. Quite good, but not the elegance I'd expect.

12 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is full of bourbon, with brown sugar, caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is boozy, with lots of caramel, boozy bourbon, brown sugar, amd bready malt. Like a typical English barley wine, there is hardly a hop content. A bit rough, but the bourbon character is really tasty. Very good.

Brune foncée, ambre, col beige.
Arôme au nez fin mamlté, grillé, Bourbon plaisant et profond, garde de fines effluves de chocolaté dont une pointe de toffee, note de biscuité et caramel en retrait.
Palais est complexe présentant une longue profondeur de malt, toffee, Bourbon sur une note de vanille, petite touche boisée épicée, caramel plus fin chocolaté. Amertume fine en fin de bouche oscillant entre anglais et américain. Biscuité revenant sur la fin avec une pointe de sécheresse sur la fin.

Bottle from KBL. Huge nose of bourbon, treacle, vanilla, coconut, caramel, light orange hop. Sweet and big flavor, more than the nose, huge raisins and plums. Soft but solid carbonation and a nice, prickly, peppery finish. Delicious and the bourbon is big but not overwhelming.
